About Me

My Goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space where individuals can process thoughts and feelings without a fear of judgment or shame.

I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont.  I have a Master's degree from Northern Vermont University, Johnson in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.  I am a licensed alcohol and drug counselor in the state of VT.  I am licensed as a Clinical Mental Health in VT. 

I worked with dual-diagnosed patients at Maple Leaf Treatment Center from June, 2014 until August 2016.  I continued to work with patients who were on Methadone and Suboxone at The Howard Center Chittenden Clinic from August 2016 until May 2019. I’ve had a private practice since May of 2019.
